James R. (Jim) Himmelwright, CPA
Jim graduated from Auburn University and began his career with Ernst & Young in Birmingham. At Ernst & Young, Jim worked in the audit department and served clients in the manufacturing, biotechnology and financial services industries. After leaving Ernst & Young, Jim moved to Auburn and subsequently formed Himmelwright and Huguley, LLC.
Harrell D. (Hal) Huguley III, CPA
Hal also graduated from Auburn University. Hal began his career with the Internal Revenue Service in Montgomery as a Revenue Agent. While with the IRS, Hal performed audits of C-Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, and Individuals. Hal has over 11 years experience with the Internal Revenue Service. After leaving the IRS, Hal joined Jim in forming Himmelwright and Huguley, LLC.
John Boles, CPA
John manages the firms audit practice and provides tax services to its clients. John is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in both Alabama and Georgia. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. John is also a graduate of Auburn University. He began his career with Ernst & Young, LLC serving clients in its audit department. John primarily worked in Ernst & Young's entrepreneurial services audit department. John has provided tax and accounting services to large publicly traded companies, small businesses, and individuals for over a decade. His experience spans across an array of industries to include the governmental, construction, health care, and not for profit industries.
Robert Foster, CPA
Robert, another graduate of Auburn University, began his career with Jackson-Thornton & Co. in Montgomery, AL. At Jackson-Thornton, Robert served clients in the nonprofit, retail, contracting and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining the Himmelwright, Huguley, & Boles team, Robert continued his career as a controller for various businesses before returning to public accounting in the Auburn/Opelika area. Robert brings more than twenty four years of accounting experience to our engagement team.
Anna Keesee, CPA
Allyson N. Baker
Allyson N. Baker is a native of Opelika. Allyson graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting in 2001. Allyson obtained her Masters of Accountancy degree from Auburn University in 2003 and subsequently joined the firm. Allyson's experience includes two years in public accounting and eight years in private accounting. Her responsibilities include preparing individual, corporate, partnership and non-profit tax returns, assisting in the performance of financial statement audits, reviews and compilations and providing bookkeeping and payroll services to the firm's clients.
Dana B. Parmer
Dana graduated from Auburn University in 2000. She has 9 years experience in public accounting and 10 years experience in private accounting. She joined the firm in November of 2000. Dana's responsibilities include preparing individual tax returns, providing bookkeeping and payroll services to the firm's clients.
Sharon M. Foxe
Sharon has 15 years of experience in public accounting and eleven years experience in private accounting. She joined the firm in June of 2007. Sharon's responsibilities include preparing individual income tax returns, providing bookkeeping and payroll services to the firm's clients.
Tiffany A. Byars
Tiffany graduated from Columbus State University in Columbus, GA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Summa Cum Laude) in 2005, and subsequently received her MBA from Columbus State in 2008. Tiffany has eight years in public accounting working for firms in Columbus, GA. Tiffany joined the firm in December 2008 and provides services for both the audit and tax departments.
Misty H. Doroh
Misty graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2007. Misty joined the firm in June 2008. Misty's responsibilities include preparing individual income tax returns, providing bookkeeping, sales tax, and payroll services to the firm's clients.
Monica L. Sawyer
Monica graduated from Auburn University in 2008. She joined the firm in December 2008. Monica's responsibities include administrative duties, assembles tax returns and financial statements,and provides payroll and sales tax services to the firms clients.
Jeananne Allgood
Ruth Blessing, CPA
Ruth is a native of Auburn and graduated from Bob Jones University and Auburn University with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting. Ruth began her career in 2003 as an auditor with Ernst & Young in Atlanta, GA. Ruth returned to Auburn and joined Himmelwright, Huguley, & Boles in 2009. Ruth's experience includes serving clients in the governmental, nonprofit, manufacturing, and communications industries with audit, internal controls, and agreed-upon procedures engagements.
